SCHOOL CLUBS
School clubs create small communities. Club activities help students to develop sense of unity and teamwork, learning how to work with others in reaching the same goals. They learn from each other. They help students to develop social skills. They gain new perspectives and also learn the importance to respect another person’s view point. Clubs enable students to meet, mix and collaborate with each other. We have various club activities during the co-curricular activity hours.

Mathematics Club
The Math club enhance the interest over the mathematics. It develops the curiosity of students and skills by conducting various activities. It encourage the experience of live learning beyond the class room experience. It promotes the ability of solving puzzles, riddles etc. It gives the enjoyment through playing number games, identification of shapes & symbols. With all these students get the problem solving skill, reasoning ability and understand the mathematical concepts.
Science Club
A science club is a group that promotes scientific interest and knowledge through activities, competitions, and events. Science clubs can be found in schools and colleges, and their activities can include: Seminars, Workshops, Exhibitions, Quiz competitions, and Kitchen science experiments. The purpose of a science club is to help students understand and appreciate the scientific world, and to develop their scientific skills. Objective is to learn about Science, Scientists and inventions.
Activities :
General discussion about Science, Scientists and inventions. Teacher showed the scientists pictures and students found the name of the Scientists. Children enjoyed a lot and learn about scientists. To learn about Afforestation and deforestation. The students were divided into two groups to make poster making about the topic “save forest”. By this students know about the importance of forest. The students were divided into four groups, we conducted Quiz / Puzzles activity. Group wise we asked questions students found the answer. For this puzzle activity done on the board to complete the puzzle boxes. Children enjoyed a lot. We did some experiments, students learn about soluble substances and insoluble substance. Students were activity participated in these label of experiments . Children learnt the science mingled with our day today life.


ECO Club
An eco club is a voluntary group of students that work to improve the environment and raise awareness of environmental issues Eco Clubs play an important role in creating environmental awareness amongst the future generation. The activities under the scheme include:
- Motivate the students to keep their surroundings green and clean by undertaking plantation of trees.
- Promote ethos of conservation of water by minimizing the use of water.
- Motivate students to imbibe habits and life style for minimum waste generation, source separation of waste and disposing the waste to the nearest storage point.
- Educate students to create awareness amongst public and sanitary workers, so as to stop the indiscriminate burning of waste which causes respiratory diseases.
- Sensitize the students to minimize the use of plastic bags, not to throw them in public places as they choke drains and sewers, cause water logging and provide breeding ground for mosquitoes.
- Organize tree plantation programmes, awareness programmes such as Quiz, essay, painting competitions, rallys, nukkad natak etc. regarding various environmental issues and educate children about re-use of waste material & preparation of products out of waste
- Organize Nature Trail in Wild Life Sanctuaries/Parks/Forest areas to know about the Bio-diversity. In our school we have an eco-club, which performs activities to save the environment, like planting trees, organizing poster competitions on various environmental issues. Now our eco-club will organize activities to increase awareness about increasing pollution in the river Ganga. Eco club is a platform on which we got the knowledge about environment.
Art Club
Children’s are excited in Art Club. Drawing, painting craft, paper craft, songs. We tutor drawing new kind of painting and free hand art line model drawing. The students had a great time in learning lot of new skills, technique and they produce some wonderful works.


Literary Club
Language is a vital part of human connection. Although all species have their ways of communicating, humans are the only ones who have mastered cognitive language communication. Language clubs allow students to share and exchange of ideas, thoughts and feelings with others.
தமிழ் இலக்கிய மன்றம்
தமிழ் இலக்கிய மன்ற செயல் திட்டத்தில் மொத்தம் 52 மாணவ மாணவிகள் உள்ளனர்.
இதில் இருக்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கு கதை சொல்லும் திறன் பாடல் பாடும் திறன் போன்றவற்றை மாணவர்களுக்கு ஊக்க படுத்துகின்றோம்.
வண்ண வண்ண களிமண் வைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கு சிற்பம் செய்தல் வார்த்தை விளையாட்டு எழுத்துகளை கண்டுப்பிடித்தல் வட்டமாக அமர வைத்து காய்கறிகள், பழங்களின் பெயர்களை தெரிந்துகொள்கின்றனர்.
இதனால் மாணவர்களுக்கு உச்சரிப்பும் எழுக்ககள் எழுத்துகளின் வேறுபாடுகள் போன்றவற்றையும் மாணவர்கள் தெரிந்துகொள்கின்றனர்.


English Club
An English club is a place where people can practice using English in a casual setting. English clubs can be held in classrooms, homes, or American Spaces, and can help participants improve their English language skills. English clubs can help participants: Practice many different skills in a more realistic setting, Boost their confidence, Feel comfortable using English, Become competent in all job fields, and Develop their cultural competences. Some activities that English clubs may include:
- Newspaper article writing, Mock interviews, Poetry writing, Debate, Elocution, Group discussion, Power point presentation, Drama, Role play, and Public speaking.
- Welcome to English Club Speaking for ESL learners, to help you learn and practise the skill of speaking English.
Hindi Club
A Hindi Club is a group that aims to improve students Hindi language skills and interest in the language.
Activity :
Hindi club organize activities like poetry recitation, speech, skits etc.
Celebrations :
Hindi clubs celebrate important days in the Hindi language.
Cultural Events :
Hindi clubs may also organize cultural events and celebrations related to Hindi language and literature.
The Main Goal :
The main goal of a Hindi club is to make students creative in speech and writing and to increase their interest in the Hindi language.


Heritage Club
Appreciating diverse culture, Promoting the heritage of our country. Learning about local culture inculcate the values of traditional culture. Students drew pictures by butterflies and flowers and decorated it with grains pulses. This developed their critical thinking as well as team work. students joined with their peers and drew some rangoli then coloured it. This inculcate the traditional art. Students done clay art, understanding the ratio of clay and water to be mixed to get the things such as pot, vessels, tools, snake, Teddy bear siva linga, Vinayagar. This made the students to comprehend what was used in the materials they used. Students drew the national symbols ( Flag, peacock, lotus, mango, Tiger ) and decorated with pulses. This made them to understood the rich heritage of symbols and the respect need to be given for the national symbols.
